Rasmus is a leading expert in the field of Contract & Commercial Management and has more than 12 years of experience in advising large organisations on Contract & Commercial Management, which he has done at both strategic, tactical and operational level.

Rasmus is an IACCM Council Member and is co-developer of Ramboll Management Consulting”s Contract Management model and tools, and has also extensive knowledge about implementation and use of Contract Management software.

Rasmus has furthermore extensive experience as a trusted advisor to several large public institutions in large procurement projects with focus on commercial contracting which includes both legal and commercial aspects.

Rasmus also has great experience in the analysis, preparation, negotiation and interpretation of complex contracts as well as experience with virtual knowledge sharing and document management systems for complex procurement- and implementation projects.
