Pratiksha Becker truly personifies a global citizen, having grown up in Germany with strong ties to India and then living in South Africa as well as Australia. In her current role of Head of Supplier Relationship Management at SA Health, Pratiksha is basically closing a circle in her career, as a young adult, she worked in her father”s surgery in Germany, then studied International Business Management and her first role took her to South Africa to manage the Supply Chain and Procurement as well as the S&OP function for multiple Wiring Harness manufacturing plants, supplying to various German Automotive Manufacturers.

Since then Pratiksha has held a range of roles in Australia and Germany in the areas of Supply Chain, Sales, Recruitment and Consulting roles as well as owning her own Procurement and Supply Chain Consultancy in Germany and is now enjoying the opportunity to add value to SA Health, establishing and implementing a contemporary Supplier Relationship Management framework and during the Covid-19 Pandemic supporting the setup of local PPE manufacturing.
