Paul Rogers has nearly 40 years experience in the procurement function.
In that time, Paul has worked as a practitioner, as an academic and as a consultant. His assignments have taken him to 29 countries across the globe, from Miami to Manila, and from Manchester to Melbourne
Paul is the author of the world’s largest glossary of procurement terms, and he has also co-authored a book on negotiation (Sales versus Procurement) and has created the world’s largest library of negotiation tactics and ploys. He is currently writing his second book on procurement reform in the public sector.
Paul is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.
