Pamela Phillips

SVP & Deputy General Counsel, FIS

Pamela K. Phillips is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS), where she provides Legal Department leadership on legal matters for FIS’ U.S. banking solutions client base, including information technology contract matters for more than 13,000 bank and financial institution clients and technology vendors. She also oversees technology initiatives for the FIS Legal Department.

Prior to joining FIS, Pam was a Partner with Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP, a 1100+ lawyer international law firm headquartered in New York City, where she practiced in the corporate finance practice group for more than 25 years. Pam is admitted to the Bar in both Florida and New York, and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Pam received her JD from Georgetown University and holds degrees in Economics and International Studies from The American University.
