Pablo is a highly experienced professional, multi-lingual (native Spanish, bilingual English, intermediate French & basic Portuguese – Dual Nationality Argentinean – Italian), cross-border generalist with strong academic credentials and solid focus on Corporate/Business Law, commercial contracts, corporate & regulatory matters. He has a diverse background and in-house experience in multi-cultural environments gained through regional positions held in Europe, Me & Africa, APAC, Latin America (Argentina) and for the US market, in multiple industries (fishery sector, IT industry, healthcare, legal & HR consultancy, law firms, litigation, among others). Pablo has hands-on experience with specialties in the set-up of legal entities and subsidiaries, M&A, due diligence. He is an expert in designing, drafting, implementing, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including technology License & Channel partner. Management of Outside Counsel. In his current role with World Commerce & Contracting he leads the development and expansion of this professional Association across the Latin America region and Spanish-speaking communities. Serving as a seminar instructor, giving public speeches and presentations at conferences in multiple countries and jurisdictions, he helps to ensure that the organization delivers the highest value to its members. He also contributes with the set-up of contracting, negotiation and Contract Management processes for corporate members and organizations. Prior to joining the World Commerce & Contracting, Pablo was responsible for legal and negotiations support to the sales and procurement staff, having supported multiple locations globally, negotiating and managing contracts across the EMEA and Latin American regions.
