Michelle Baker joined KPN as CPO in 2017. Ms Baker has extensive global experience in a variety of industries including FMCG, mining, logistics, technology, and publishing. Most recently she led the global indirect procurement team of SABMiller prior to its acquisition by AB-Inbev and headed up the global Technology and Outsourcing procurement practice of Rio Tinto. Ms Baker was born in South Africa and has additionally lived in the UK, Australia, and Switzerland, before relocating to The Netherlands to assume her current role. In her previous roles, she gained extensive experience of working in many other countries such as Canada, France, Colombia, the US, Peru, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Ms Baker holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Law, and Masters degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance).
