Matt is a leader with extensive service and relationship management experience within large complex organisations. Initially starting  his career in Industrial Relations in the coal industry Matt spent 15 years running regional and global IT services for the Royal Dutch Shell Group before joining ANZ, where he was responsible for 3^rd party governance within the bank. Matt is currently responsible for setting the strategic direction for a $2b global Procurement portfolio so that it delivers valued commercial outcomes to ANZ.

Matt is passionate about diversity and chairs an industry taskforce to deliver better outcomes for those living with a disability, via enhanced Procurement processes.
