Macey Smith oversees transformative projects for the federal government and commercial organizations at United Solutions. She is an expert in leveraging human-centered design principles and emerging technologies, such as blockchain and AI, to drive innovation and digital transformation in areas such as healthcare, contracting, and supply chain around the globe.  Most notably, she led the team working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to implement the first federal procurement blockchain and artificial intelligence platform.

Macey holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She also holds a Professional Certificate for Blockchain in Business from the Linux Foundation.
