Juliet Hector is a global procurement professional at RBC Financial Caribbean based in Trinidad and Tobago. With over 15 years’ of senior leadership experience, she has  implemented a number  complex programme and process improvement initiatives in the Financial Services, Public Sector and Telecommunications sectors in both international and domestic markets.  Juliet has successfully led innovative and transformational engagements which resulted in increased revenue generation, work force transformation and cost efficiencies. She also has exceptional contract negotiation skills and is able to build on deep strategic partnerships and alliances to derive mutually benefiting ventures.

As an avid advocate for literacy and education, Juliet volunteers at an adult literacy programme and supports Storytime at her neighborhood library.  She believes that literacy is the key which can open the door to limitless possibilities.

She enjoys gardening and transforming spaces to reflect an oasis of peace and tranquility. She also has the role of Chief Negotiation Officer as she continually navigates complex requests for extensions to the agreed bedtime with her two toddlers.
