Jorden is the General Counsel & GM Commercial Affairs at HESTA Super Fund and has served on the boards as a non-executive director of various health service providers. Jorden regularly writes and speaks about professional development and the importance of professionals embracing innovation and continuously re-defining their value proposition given the evolving needs and expectations of the business community. Jorden practised as a financial services lawyer with several leading firms before her life at HESTA, started her own boutique property business in between jobs, and to date has been a regular advocate for diversity in the workplace. She has received numerous public accolades for her achievements and contributions to the legal and financial services industry to date.
