John is programme and commercial manager who specialises in providing strategic commercial advice for complex programmes. John is a recognised authority in collaborative contracts, relational contracts, and novel procurement options. John has conducted extensive research into alliance contracts and governance frameworks and has authored collaborative contract better practice guides, performance-based contract evaluation guides, and tender evaluation guidelines for major programmes and organisations.
John is also a senior lecturer and develops and delivers postgraduate courses in project management, acquisition and sustainment strategies, contract law, and risk management.
