Cecilia “Cricket” Middleton is the Director of North America Contract Management responsible for creating and delivering the contract management strategy to support the Accenture North America business.

She has a Master’s degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management and a Juris Doctorate.  She is a member of the Florida and Georgia BARs.  Before Accenture her experience was primarily in the Government subcontractor space working for Harris Corporation, Northrop Grumman and The Boeing Company.  Cricket has been with Accenture since October 2007 and has worked in almost every industry group loving her role as contract manager embedded with the account teams.   She has had the privilege of leading the CM team in NA since 2017 and is committed to her team – to their growth and their engagement.   Lastly, she and her team in NA are incredibly focused on Inclusion and Diversity – it has been critical to our growth and development as a cohesive team over the past years and will continue to be part of our agenda in FY21.
