Bernie MacArthur has over 20 years experience in the Contract Management services area.  He is the Associate Director of Contracts and Negotiation for Thermo Fisher Scientific’s BioProduction Division, and is responsible for all contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and quality agreements within the division.

Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bernie served as the Associate Director of Contract Management at GE Healthcare and as Sr. Manager in CSC.  The positions consisted of global responsibilities to Executive Management for all business and finance functions, contract management, corporate liaison, and general subject matter expert support our Account Managers, reporting directly to Executive Manager.

On a personal note, Bernie has been married for 23 years and has 3 children still living at home.  Bernie is based in Massachusetts and holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University.
